How long does it take to ship orders?

Orders typically take 1-2 business days to produce (this may be longer during holiday periods). This production time ensures your items meet our quality standards before shipping.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we offer flat-rate shipping to more than 200 countries. However, there are a few locations where we are unable to ship. If we’re unable to ship to your country, we will notify you promptly.

Will customs fees apply?

Customs duties and fees are the responsibility of the customer. Once your order has shipped, any applicable customs fees or taxes may be charged by your country upon arrival. By purchasing from us, you agree that your items may incur such fees. These charges are beyond our control.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping times depend on your location. Below are our current estimates:

  • UAE: 1-2 business days for processing, 6-8 business days for delivery
  • GCC countries (Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Bahrain): 1-2 business days for processing, 6-8 business days for delivery
  • USA (Mainland): 1-2 business days for processing, 6-8 business days for delivery
  • USA (HI, AK, PR, Guam): 1-2 business days for processing, 8-10 business days for delivery
  • Canada: 1-2 business days for processing, 8-10 business days for delivery
  • International: 1-2 business days for processing, 8-12 business days for delivery

Do you provide tracking details?

Absolutely. Once your order is shipped, we will email you tracking information, so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Tracking info may take 1-3 business days to become available. Please allow some time for the shipping company to update their systems. If you ordered multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages due to logistical reasons.
