Return and Refund Policy

At Fadrop, customer satisfaction is our top priority. While we aim to deliver high-quality products, we understand that there may be instances where issues arise. Please review the following guidelines for cancellations, refunds, and exchanges:

Order Cancellation

  • All orders can be cancelled up until we begin processing (usually 2-3 hours after the order is placed).
  • If you need to cancel or make changes to your order, please contact us at contact@fadrop.com within 12 hours of placing the order.
  • Once the packaging and shipping process has started, orders can no longer be cancelled or modified.

Refunds

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our products, we do not offer returns or exchanges unless an issue arises due to our fault or error.

Refunds or reshipments will only be offered in the following cases:

  • Damaged goods: If the product arrives damaged.
  • Wrong item received: If we send you an item that you did not order.
  • Wrong size received: If the size you received does not match your order.
  • Non-delivery: If you did not receive your order within the guaranteed time (20 days, not including 2-5 day processing).

In these cases, you may request either a refund or a reshipment. All restocking fees will be waived.

We do not offer refunds or replacements if:

  • The order did not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g., incorrect shipping address provided).
  • The order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g., delays caused by customs or natural disasters).

Exchanges

We only offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. If you received the wrong item or a defective product, please contact us at contact@fadrop.com for further assistance.

Please note:

  • If your request is approved, we will provide detailed instructions on how to proceed.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
